Music, dance and traditional costumes send students on a whirlwind tour of Latin American and Caribbean culture. Enjoy the sights, sounds and styles of: Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Venezuela, Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and many more!
Students will have the opportunity to not only understand the unique distinctions between dances, but will also experience a comprehensive survey of Hispanic music and movement.
In addition to a live music and dance extravaganza, the showcase features Argentinian boleadoras and an interactive grand finale. |

Direct from Spain, students are treated to an intense and passionate performance of Tablao Flamenco. The show also features a colorful Zarzuela (Spanish operetta) filled with a tremendous variety of traditional Spanish dance, La Jota, and La Tuna, a group of traveling troubadours adorned in colorful attire.
Between dances, the audience is treated to live classical guitarists performing a variety of traditional Spanish music. And at the conclusion audience members are invited to participate in the interactive portion of our show, and join the artists on stage to dance the "Macarena". This show is appropriate for Middle and High school students. |
